STRONG
The Progression Driver
STRONG is where strength is actually built.
These sessions focus on compound lifts performed with intent, structure, and progression. Loads are prescribed, numbers are logged every session, and movements repeat long enough for you to improve — not just survive the workout.
You’ll train through multi-week blocks, working with percentages and clear progressions that build week to week. Coaches are hands-on with technique and execution, ensuring strength gains are repeatable and transferable.
STRONG is the backbone of the SONNY’S Method. If your goal is to look like you train, lift heavier over time, and build real capacity, this is non-negotiable.

HYBRID
The Performance Layer
HYBRID is where strength meets conditioning — without sacrificing structure.
These sessions combine running, lifting, pushing, and pulling to develop hybrid performance and prepare members for events like HYROX. Strength remains the anchor, with conditioning layered on top to build resilience, work capacity, and repeatable output under fatigue.
HYBRID training is programmed with purpose. The goal isn’t to break you — it’s to make you more capable while protecting the strength you’re building elsewhere in the week.

ATHLETIC
Aerobic Skill Development
ATHLETIC focuses on building aerobic capacity and efficiency.
Sessions are centred around Erg machines (rower, ski, bike, echo bike) with longer efforts, controlled intensity, and technical focus. Instead of bouncing between movements, you’ll spend meaningful time learning how to move well, produce power efficiently, and sustain output.
ATHLETIC develops the aerobic base that supports both STRONG and HYBRID training — without relying on mindless HIIT or constant variation.

Improving engine and endurance
Learning proper pacing and technique
Members who want aerobic progress they can feel and measure
HOW IT ALL FITS TOGETHER
You don’t need to do everything - you need the right mix.
Most members train across STRONG as their foundation, with HYBRID and ATHLETIC layered in based on goals, recovery, and training history.
Your coaches help guide that balance so each session contributes to progress instead of competing with it.
